Lost Access Control Fob?

Please send an email to the management company. A $25.00 replacement fee will be charged for each access control fob. Residents are responsible for any damaged caused by someone else using their access fob to gain entry to the Amenity Center. Access control fobs will be delivered to you within (7) seven days of receiving your request via USPS mail.

Request For ACC Approval

Mailbox Keys – Zip Code 78737

Each new resident will receive two (2) keys. Residents are responsible for the replacement of lost keys. Residents will need to contact a locksmith to rekey the box in the event of lost keys. Resale homes not delivering keys at closing may contact the POA for replacement keys at a charge of $30.00. The United States Post Office, Oak Hill Station, serving Ledge Stone is located at 6104 Old Fredericksburg Rd.
